This course is necessary for all IB teachers! It encourages you to ask thought-provoking questions about your knowledge of each of the IB Approaches to Teaching and their practical application. Each module focuses on one of the six ATTs. It is rich in reflective activities and resources that you can try while designing new units or reevaluating existing ones. Each module contains programme expectations for all four IB programmes, making it a universal resource for all IB educators, whether they teach in the PYP, MYP, DP or CP. I really liked the module on differentiation and removing barriers. We all should ask ourselves more often, "Where do my tasks invite all students in, and where do they shut some students out?" We should also use a copy of the Barrier Audit daily to remind ourselves what we should and should not do in order to enable student success. The course prompts us to consider whether all of the ATTs are working towards our main goal: developing holistic IB learners. I enjoyed it! Highly recommend.
